Over in the Sudan, Uche is trying to organize a conference a few days from now for the young people of Yei. Never mind that they have no money to pay for it and that Uche doesn't have the donors to subsidize them. Uche believes that the young people in the area need something like this to help them grow in their faith.

But others don't see it like he does. They ask questions:

"Will you have enough facilitators to handle the anticipated huge
crowd?"

"Where will you get the money for this?"

"Can't you plan something small and simple, with a few leaders, spend
less money and time, and have little or no troubles to contend with?

If faith made sense, he'd
answer these questions differently. But faith is irrational. It doesn't begin with resources, it begins with need and vision. God provides the resources. In fact, without uncertainty, faith is unnecessary. Uncertainty is the birthing room of faith.

Uche wrote a blog post about his predicament and I applauded him by commenting: "Praise the Lord for the lack of provision and answers to this point. God
has to show up now - you've invited him with your vision and your need.
I'm glad that you've postured yourself for miracles."

What need has so moved you that you have attempted something that feels doomed to fail? Leave God-room in your vision and  you create the opportunity for him to show up and for your faith to grow.
