Slowly, over a period of years, I'm learning about my children's generation. I'm seeing their great potential and the areas where they struggle. Here's my conclusion: One of the things that has made life particularly difficult for them is the fact that we parents have given them too many options. I have two questions that I'm hoping you'll help me answer:

1. Is this true?

2. How do we help others learn to make commitments?
